It makes me homesick also. Oooh... I so miss my hometown's chee cheong fun. Yes, it's overpriced (the fella increase the price every CNY) but I am so missing Teluk Intan Liew Kee's chee cheong fun right now. For those who dunno where Teluk Intan is, try googling "Teluk Intan". If you see a picture of a clock tower, that's Teluk Intan. Apparently that's the only leaning clock tower in South East Asia (or Asia, maybe...). Why did it lean you ask? If I remember correctly, it's due to an underground river below the tower, but after spending a fortune, the town council have fortified the foundation and ...tada...the lean stays at the same angle. Nope, not ecpecting it to collapse anytime soon (I hope...).

Ok, enough about the tower. I'm still hungry. If you have not heard or have not seen Teluk Intan's famous chee cheong fun before...feast your eyes... How could something so simple taste so good.. You KL folks and your curry sauce chee cheong fun (Imitation ! Imitation!) might disagree...but this still IS the definition of a very good chee cheong fun. I need to balik kampung...
